Dr. James (Ken) Wolfenbarger manages the Civil and Commercial Space Program Office at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, which is responsible for over 80 projects sponsored by U.S. industry, federal, state, university and International organizations to support science, applications, technology and systems development. The office also leads technology transfer for JPL in close collaboration with the Caltech's Office of Technology Transfer and Corporate Partnerships. Ken is an inventor on 12 patents. Prior to joining JPL, he worked in the energy industry supporting clean energy research and business development. He received his Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology.
