NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory has created its own tutorial on the Basics of Space Flight. The goal of this training module is to provide an aid for identifying and understanding the general concepts associated with space flight, particularly those of deep space missions. It is used by JPL engineers and spacecraft designers for their own training.

Within the Space Educator's Handbook, you can download a set of multimedia programs that teach about the history and science of space exploration and travel. The handbook has some Quicktime video clips from past missions, as well as information from astronauts and spacecraft. Activities included in the programs are appropriate for students of all levels.

And finally, find out about Space Camp, designed to use the excitement of the U.S. space program to motivate young people toward greater achievement in math and science studies. Programs are geared for grades 4 and up, and are located in Alabama, California, and Florida.
